Reimagine and Rethink

The home page for Reimagine My Community is a great place to start for Reimagine. We use “Reimagine” as a quick and easy to remember name for Reimagine My Community. We provide Quick Links for some common areas of interest.

If you have not yet been to The Portal, that is the best entrance point to the world of Reimagine and Rethink.  Please see the note at the bottom of this page (the link to the portal is in the menu area at the top of all pages).

We focus Reimagine on “right brain,” “heart,” and “vision.” Reimagine what you already know and imagine, and then build on that with new areas.

We see the heart and spirit of humanity as being the most important part of all of this. When our mind becomes more open to what’s deep inside us, our perspective changes. Reimagine is the hub for a reason. Reimagine is like a well of water. When the water is good (and not polluted, bitter or poisoned), so much the better!

The sister website, Rethink (Rethink My Community), is more focused on the gazillion details and topics associated with Community. Rethink is a bit more “left brain” with a stronger information focus along with opinion pieces. We talk about these types of topics at greater depth as you move through both sites. Rethink embraces science, research and intellectual discovery.

Rethink delights in Creativity and Innovation emerging from Reimagine.

We see Reimagine as working with Rethink but not subordinate to Rethink. We want to stress how important the heart is.

Our main purpose is to discuss and encourage Community—that’s what we are about. Any moderators or contributors to the site have a deep and abiding interest in Community.
