Your willingness to go deep into confronting your own fears will calibrate your reach and journey into Community.
Not every fear—or fear masquerading as a “concern”—is real. Often, the fear of what we don’t know or understand can be very troubling.
Fear, anxiety and control can form a three-stranded rope that constricts your pursuit of Community.
Many of our fears are harmless, unrealistic, or imaginary.
But they can feel very real.
Addressing Issues
Issues – Reimagine and Rethink
There are many issues that we address in Reimagine and Rethink that relate to Community.
This might be anything from practical principles for choosing a location, self-sufficiency models and revised economic models such as group buying methods. Or we might discuss working remotely. Or soft skills—how to work with your team and neighbor.
We encourage you to look at the “issues under the hood”—such as suggested in the pictures above—to help avoid Community failure. You aren’t alone in these things—we all have areas to work through!
Reimagine’s focus is on encouraging and developing the inner strengths needed for the navigation and the overcoming of many issues. We are far more interested in “showing you the principles of how to use a dictionary” rather than looking up words for you.
Innovation and Creativity
Innovation and creativity are powerful “tools.” They allow you to take what is available and use it in ways that many don’t even think about. That will help you as you build Community in your desired form and way.
We don’t believe anyone lacks creativity. It might have been buried. It might be under-used. But it is in you.
Since we created Reimagine in Canada, we don’t go anywhere without duct tape. When in doubt consult a great Canadian comedy show—the Red Green Show https://www.redgreen.com.
Eh?
Walls or Doors?
Walls
Some walls are formidable. So why are we using tiny print?
The answer might surprise you…
Doors
Opportunity for creativity comes through walls and obstacles.
And sometimes doors …
You must decide if something needs to be scaled.
Like a wall.
Or to be walked through.
Like a door.
Both Walls and Doors can lead to treasures
But not always visible treasures …
Sometimes one must comb through and sift the sands …
